I must admit I am not that much experienced with mud. However my favorite terrain above all must be sand dunes. Silk smooth sailing for our leaf sprung rides is sometimes softer on our back than actual tarmac.
Here are some photos of my favorite areas around the Western Desert in Egypt.

Getting stuck in soft sand is part of the fun and we always end up learning something new. Many schools on how you extract your car out of sticky situation, one thing for sure is that a heavy right foot will never get you out
